At first glance it presents a beautiful intense cherry red color with purple tones. On the nose it offers aromas of good intensity, with notes of ripe red fruits, almost stewed, with a floral tone. On the palate it is tasty, very well balanced, harmonious, friendly and well structured. It presents a long, pleasant and velvety finish, with round and friendly tannins.
Service temperature: 16º – 18º C
Pairings: blue fish, roasts, white meats and grilled sausages.
Maceration and fermentation take place in stainless steel vats for a minimum period of 25 days, with daily pumping over throughout the fermentation process.
