These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales of products made on our website www.lhacienda.es by the company Lhacienda, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller". The purchase of our products implies the unconditional acceptance by the buyer of these GTC.

The products offered for sale and their essential characteristics are described on our website. The prices displayed are indicated in XOF including all taxes. They may be modified at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is validated by the buyer.
3. Order and Payment
Any order placed on our website constitutes a sales contract. Payment is made in cash on delivery, or online by credit card, or mobile payment. As soon as the payment is validated, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail.
4. Delivery Time and Terms
Our products are shipped within 3 working days from the validation of your order. Delivery is made to the address indicated when ordering. Shipping costs are indicated before validation of the order.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons. The return terms are specified in our return policy.
6. Warranty
Our products are guaranteed for 1 year against any lack of conformity. In the event of a problem, you can contact us at contact@lhacienda.es to exercise this warranty.
7. Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for indirect damages that may occur during the execution of the sale. Its liability is limited to the amount of the order.
