1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you received your order to make a return. After this period, we unfortunately can no longer accept returns.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable products, personalized items, and hygiene products.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@lhacienda.es. Please specify your order number and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with detailed instructions for returning your item to our warehouse.
4. Return Costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or does not match the product description. In this case, we will cover the return costs.
5. Returns Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved, you will be given the option of a credit or refund applied to the payment method used for the purchase, within a few days.
6. Non-Returnable Products
Certain categories of products are not eligible for return, such as:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Opened health and wellness products
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email to contact@lhacienda.es and send your item to: Abidjan, Cocody Riviera Abatta, Cité Oribat 1.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipping. If your order has already been shipped, you will have to wait to receive it and then follow the return procedure.
