At first glance, this wine has a beautiful pale yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose it offers aromas of good intensity with very varietal notes on a clean background. It is dry on the palate, although sweet on the starter and with a pleasant acidity which gives it freshness.
Service temperature: 5º – 8º C
Pairings: fish and seafood of all types.
Skin maceration is carried out at low temperature for 4 hours. Then the flower must is bled into the decanter, where it is left for 12 hours. Finally, it is transferred to the fermentation tank where it will rest at a temperature between 16 and 18°C until its subsequent transfer to the bottle.
