Garnacha, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon.
Vineyard characteristics:
10 to 15 year old vineyard on limestone soil.
Wine making:
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 22° to 25°C to preserve all the aromas of the Garnacha.
Each grape variety is vinified separately and blended before bottling.
Taste:
This wine has a strong ruby color with dark violet reflections, distinguished by an intense bouquet of ripe fruit on a bed of flowers. On the palate it is broad and balanced, ripe red fruit and spices, offering a velvety wine with elegant tannins. A perfect, complex and long finish.
Serving temperature:
16ºC.
